As a manager for over 20 years, I value professional and technical knowledge, creativity, and dedication.  But, I believe the factors that will always win the day are bringing your heart to what you do with a good dose of clear thinking and common sense.  I don’t think you can train someone to be, or think, that way, and that is what you get with Tamian – a stellar package.

— Kimberly Bernard - Production Director - Paulist Press

“To date, Ms. Wood has designed a number of covers for Zumaya, all of which have received enthusiastic compliments from readers. Her work is always of the highest quality, and her promptness is astonishing...”

— Elizabeth Burton - Publisher - Zumaya Publications

"Tamian Wood is a talented freelance artist who has created very impressive cover art for several titles. Tamian is a pleasure to work with. She is professional and creative with great attention to detail."

— Lida E. Quillen - Publisher - Twilight Times Books

Find your dream assistant now

This is such a needed service for authors. I've used VA/PA services from other well-known freelance platforms, but they can be overwhelming and daunting. Looking for an assistant who has some knowledge of the author world (such as Bookbub Ads) is like looking for a needle in a haystack with these larger platforms.

I had been dragging my feet on hiring a more permanent VA/PA for so long because I didn't want to have to deal with looking through that proverbial haystack, but Busy Bee makes it so easy to find the assistant you need for the work you need as an author. Thank you, Brian!!
