I am here for all your graphic design needs! I spent 4 years marketing for authors before founding Sapphire Midnight Design, which specializes in designing websites, book covers, graphics, and print products for the writing community.

I believe all authors need to have a website that is both functional and easy on the eyes. I offer author-specific templates as well as custom websites to cater to most budgets. DIY Templates start at $200 and custom websites start as follows: basic websites at $3K, advanced at $5K, and full branding packages start at $10K.

What is your number one marketing tool for selling your book? Its cover! I have book cover design packages starting at $150. In addition to book covers, I offer designs for A+ Content, promotional graphics, custom merchandise (i.e. bookmarks, stickers, apparel, etc.) and more! Going to a conference? This is such a needed service for authors. I've used VA/PA services from other well-known freelance platforms, but they can be overwhelming and daunting. Looking for an assistant who has some knowledge of the author world (such as Bookbub Ads) is like looking for a needle in a haystack with these larger platforms.

At the same time, we will notify our database of author assistant who fit your skill and budget requirement about your job. From there, freelancers will be able to see the details of your project and, if interested, reach out to you. You can start chatting with the assistant on BusyBee; it is then up to you if you want to hop on a call with them. We will continue to make email introductions until you close the project and have found the perfect fit.

How much does BusyBee cost?

BusyBee is completely free for authors. Payment arrangements are made by authors and assistants on their own terms. Once an author finds an assistant they want to work with, BusyBee is no longer responsible for any aspect of the projects. Our role is to help authors find the best help for their needs!
