Jennifer is a Kidlit Editor and Book Coach from Tennessee, US
Jennifer Navarre (she/her) is a kidlit editor and book coach who spends her days helping authors refine their audience and their story as they develop their picture books, chapter books, and middle grade and YA novels. She’s worked in prose and rhyme on books for kids, tweens, and teens and led presentations on writing, publishing, and K-12 education at conferences across the US. Jennifer is a part of many online writing communities as both a writer and an editor and is a champion procrastinator when getting her own stories out of her head and onto the page. Jennifer does not often post on social media, but she frequently shares kidlit news, information, and resources on her email list. You can sign up on her website (check the footer or the Resources page).

Find your dream assistant now

This is such a needed service for authors. I've used VA/PA services from other well-known freelance platforms, but they can be overwhelming and daunting. Looking for an assistant who has some knowledge of the author world (such as Bookbub Ads) is like looking for a needle in a haystack with these larger platforms.

I had been dragging my feet on hiring a more permanent VA/PA for so long because I didn't want to have to deal with looking through that proverbial haystack, but Busy Bee makes it so easy to find the assistant you need for the work you need as an author. Thank you, Brian!!
