I am a freelance editor specializing in developmental editing fantasy and science fiction. I graduated from Webster University with a BA in philosophy in 2020. In 2021, I started reading and reviewing Advanced Readers Copies of books under the name "The Biased Bibliophile." From there, I decided to pursue a career in freelance editing. In 2023, I completed the Editorial Freelancers Association's developmental editing classes and received my copyediting certificate from the University of California San Diego Extended Studies.
I am a huge supporter of overlooked voices and love working with writers who include diverse characters in their stories. I myself am queer, autistic, and fat, and it’s important to me to support historically marginalized communities in the work I do and in daily life.

This is such a needed service for authors. I've used VA/PA services from other well-known freelance platforms, but they can be overwhelming and daunting. Looking for an assistant who has some knowledge of the author world (such as Bookbub Ads) is like looking for a needle in a haystack with these larger platforms.
